This Service Charges & Pricing Policy ("Policy") describes the general pricing, fee structures, operational charges, and billing practices applicable to services offered through Neobyt Fintech ("Neobyt", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").

This Policy applies to customers, merchants, agents, distributors, API users, business partners, and all users accessing or using the Services. By using the Services, Users acknowledge and agree to this Policy.

1. Purpose

This Policy is intended to promote transparency in pricing and charges, provide clarity regarding applicable fees, support fair and informed use of Services, explain how service charges may apply across different offerings, and outline operational and partner-dependent pricing considerations.

2. Scope of Charges

Charges may apply to services including, where applicable: recharge services, bill payment and utility services, merchant payment and collection services, QR and payment acceptance services, travel and booking services, API and platform services, ERP or software subscriptions, onboarding or operational services, and partner-enabled commerce services.

Certain services may also involve fees charged by banking partners, payment gateways, telecom operators, travel providers, utility operators, or third-party ecosystem participants.

3. Types of Charges

Depending on the nature of the service, charges may include:

• convenience fees;
• service charges;
• subscription fees;
• transaction processing fees;
• onboarding or setup fees;
• API usage fees;
• merchant operational charges;
• settlement or payout-related charges;
• platform usage fees;
• partner or operator charges;
• applicable taxes and statutory deductions.

Applicable charges may vary by service category, transaction type, payment method, partner requirements, geographic location, or operational or promotional conditions.

4. Display of Charges

Where reasonably applicable, charges may be displayed before transaction confirmation, during onboarding, within merchant dashboards, through pricing schedules, or through service-specific disclosures. Users are responsible for reviewing applicable charges before proceeding with transactions or service usage.

5. GST and Taxes

All applicable taxes including Goods and Services Tax ("GST") or other statutory levies may apply in accordance with prevailing Indian laws. Where applicable, taxes may be charged separately, tax invoices may be generated subject to operational availability, and Users are responsible for providing accurate billing or GST-related information where required.

Merchants and business users remain responsible for their own tax compliance obligations unless specifically stated otherwise.

6. Dynamic Pricing and Revisions

Service charges, fees, commissions, or pricing structures may be revised periodically based on factors including partner pricing updates, operational costs, regulatory or tax changes, service enhancements, market conditions, technology or infrastructure requirements, or promotional or commercial considerations.

Neobyt reserves the right to modify pricing, introduce new charges, revise existing fees, or discontinue promotional pricing at its discretion. Updated pricing may become effective upon publication on the platform, dashboard notification, operational communication, or continued use of the Services.

7. Partner and Third-Party Charges

Certain Services rely on or integrate with banking systems, payment gateways, telecom operators, travel providers, utility platforms, or other ecosystem partners. Users acknowledge that partner-specific fees or deductions may apply, external service providers may independently revise pricing, and certain charges may be outside Neobyt's direct operational control.

Neobyt shall not be responsible for pricing revisions, fees, or deductions imposed by third-party partners or external service providers.

8. Promotional Pricing and Offers

Neobyt may periodically provide promotional pricing, discounts, cashback offers, incentive programs, or limited-time commercial benefits. Such offers may be subject to eligibility conditions, have limited validity periods, be modified or withdrawn without prior notice, or be restricted to specific services or user categories.

Fraudulent or abusive use of promotional programs may result in suspension or cancellation of benefits.

9. Refundability of Charges

Refundability of service charges, convenience fees, subscription fees, taxes, or partner charges shall be governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, partner rules, transaction status, and the nature of the service used. Certain fees or charges may remain non-refundable after successful processing or service activation.

10. Merchant and Business Pricing

Pricing applicable to merchants, distributors, API users, or business partners may additionally be governed by commercial agreements, onboarding terms, partner schedules, negotiated pricing structures, or operational arrangements. Neobyt may revise commercial terms subject to applicable agreements or operational requirements.

11. Billing and Reconciliation

Users are responsible for reviewing transaction records and invoices, reporting discrepancies within a reasonable timeframe, maintaining accurate billing information, and verifying settlement and payout records where applicable. Operational reconciliation timelines may vary depending on banking systems, payment partners, transaction types, and external infrastructure dependencies.

12. Limitation of Responsibility

Neobyt shall not be responsible for pricing changes made by external partners, tax implications specific to Users, banking or gateway deductions outside operational control, losses arising from failure to review applicable pricing before transactions, or third-party charges imposed independently by ecosystem providers.

13. Policy Updates

Neobyt may update this Policy periodically to reflect pricing revisions, partner requirements, operational changes, tax updates, technology developments, or business modifications. Updated versions will be published on the official website. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
