  • cooperating with reasonable operational or verification requests where necessary.

Users remain responsible for activities conducted through linked accounts, merchant outlets, employees, operators, or connected systems under their control.

5. Security and Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • maintaining confidentiality of passwords, OTPs, and authentication credentials;
  • using secure devices and networks;
  • restricting unauthorized access to their accounts;
  • promptly reporting suspicious activity or unauthorized access.

Users should not share authentication credentials with unauthorized individuals, attempt to compromise platform security, or misuse APIs, integrations, or operational systems.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

Neobyt may implement reasonable operational and security measures intended to detect misuse or suspicious activity, maintain platform integrity, support fraud prevention, investigate operational concerns, and protect users and ecosystem partners.

Where misuse, fraud concerns, policy violations, or security risks are identified, Neobyt may:

  • restrict or suspend access;
  • block transactions;
  • disable accounts or integrations;
  • conduct operational reviews;
  • cooperate with lawful authorities or authorized partners where required.

7. Third-Party Services

Certain Services may rely on partner infrastructure, banking systems, telecom providers, APIs, or external service providers. Users shall not misuse third-party systems connected to the Services or attempt unauthorized interaction with partner infrastructure.
