Consent & Authorization Statement

By accessing, registering for, onboarding to, or using services provided through Neobyt Fintech ("Neobyt", "Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you acknowledge and authorize the collection, processing, storage, and use of information reasonably necessary for providing and operating the Services.

This Consent & Authorization Statement applies to customers, merchants, agents, distributors, API users, business partners, and all users interacting with the Services ("Users").

1. Consent to Information Processing

Users consent to the collection and processing of information including personal information, business or merchant information, transaction and operational records, device and technical information, verification and onboarding information, and communication and support records.

Information may be processed for purposes including onboarding and account management, service delivery and transaction processing, operational support and customer service, fraud prevention and platform security, verification and authentication, settlement and reconciliation, analytics and platform improvement, and lawful operational and regulatory requirements.

2. Verification Authorization

Users authorize Neobyt and authorized operational or ecosystem partners to conduct reasonable verification procedures where applicable, including:

• identity verification;
• business verification;
• account authentication;
• transaction confirmation;
• fraud prevention checks;
• and operational review processes.

Certain Services may require additional information or verification before activation or continued use.

3. Communication Authorization

Users authorize Neobyt to send OTPs, transaction alerts, onboarding notifications, support responses, operational updates, security notifications, service-related communication, and promotional communication where permitted.

Communications may be delivered through SMS, email, phone calls, WhatsApp, push notifications, or in-app messaging. Users may opt out of promotional communication where applicable.

4. Information Sharing Authorization

Users authorize Neobyt to share information with authorized entities where operationally necessary for service delivery, transaction processing, partner integrations, customer support, fraud prevention, verification, settlement and reconciliation, or lawful requests.

Such entities may include banking or payment partners, infrastructure providers, telecom operators, utility or travel providers, verification providers, operational vendors, or lawful authorities where required. Neobyt does not sell personal information to unauthorized third parties.

5. Data Localization

Regulated customer and payment-related information maintained by Neobyt is stored and processed within India in accordance with applicable operational and legal requirements.

6. Withdrawal of Consent

Users may withdraw certain consent permissions by discontinuing use of the Services or contacting Neobyt through official support channels, subject to operational limitations, pending transactions or settlements, legal retention requirements, fraud prevention obligations, or ongoing service dependencies. Withdrawal of consent may impact the availability of certain Services.

This Statement should be read together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Merchant Terms, and other applicable platform policies published by Neobyt.
