• Refunds are applicable under specific circumstances such as duplicate payments, overcharges, or failed transactions.

• Refunds are processed after verifying transaction details and confirming the issue.

Transaction Responsibility:

• While NeoByt assumes responsibility for transactions conducted on the NeoByt Fintech app, you are responsible for providing accurate information including KYC details, mobile number, and account information. NeoByt is not liable for any purchases made due to incorrect entry of such information.

• For wallet top-up transactions via the payment gateway, if funds are deducted but a recharge is not delivered within 24 hours, please contact us via email or through our app

For service transactions, if funds are deducted but the service is not delivered within 24-48 hours, please notify us immediately.

PRefund requests must be submitted within a specified timeframe from the transaction date.

Requests should include relevant transaction details such as mobile number, transaction amount, reference, and date.

Upon receipt, we will investigate to validate the claim.

2. Refund Process & Method

• Refunds are subject to approval based on the investigation outcome.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-9 working days from the receipt of your email/ticket.

• Refunds will be credited using the original payment method if possible.

• In cases where the original payment method is not feasible, alternative refund methods may be utilized.

• Refunds for top-up cases will be credited to bank accounts, while other refunds will be credited to the wallet.

2. Refund Timeframe

• Refund processing time may vary depending on the transaction nature and payment method.

• Allow 5-7 working days for refunded amounts to reflect in your bank account.

• Customers will be notified of the refund status and expected timeframe for completion.

2. Chargeback Recovery

In case of a chargeback, where the amount is reverted despite service delivery, NeoByt reserves the right to recover the amount from your user account.
